Soul de Fuego
The Experience
Life asks a lot of us.
We work. We care for people. We build families, careers, relationships, and lives. Somewhere between all the things we have to do, it can become easy to forget about the things that make us feel alive.
Soul de Fuego was created to change that.
Through intentional retreats, gatherings, travel, and experiences, we create opportunities to step away from the everyday and make space for more of what fills your cup—joy, connection, adventure, rest, laughter, love, and the moments that remind you how good it feels to simply be alive.
Come as you are.
Do what sets your soul on fire.

Nice to Meet You.
Welcome to Soul de Fuego.
I'm so glad you're here.
This has been an idea living in my heart for a while, and seeing it finally begin to take shape feels a little surreal.
Soul de Fuego was born from a simple realization:
Life be lifin'.
We spend so much of our lives doing what needs to be done. Working. Caring for our families. Building careers. Maintaining relationships. Showing up for the people we love. Navigating changes we never saw coming.
And somewhere in the middle of all that living, it's really easy to put ourselves at the bottom of the list.
I started thinking about what it means to truly fill our cups—not just enough to keep going, but enough to actually enjoy the life we're working so hard to build.
And that's where Soul de Fuego began.
So, what exactly is Soul de Fuego?
Soul de Fuego is about creating intentional experiences that give us permission to step outside of our everyday roles and reconnect with the things that make us feel alive without the guilt of choosing ourselves.
Sometimes that might look like traveling somewhere beautiful.
Sometimes it's a weekend retreat with women who started as strangers and leave feeling like old friends.
Sometimes it's reconnecting with your partner.
Sometimes it's trying something completely outside of your comfort zone.
And sometimes it's simply sitting still long enough to remember who you are when nobody needs anything from you.
There is no single definition of what fills a person's cup.
That's kind of the point.
What sets your soul on fire is yours to discover.
Come as you are.
One thing I knew from the beginning was that authenticity needed to be at the heart of Soul de Fuego.
I don't want this to be a space where anyone feels like they need to arrive perfectly put together.
No performing.
No pretending.
No pressure to have life figured out.
Bring your loud laugh. Bring your quiet side. Bring your stories, your dreams, your questions, your quirks and the parts of yourself you're still getting to know.
Come as you are.
There is something incredibly freeing about being around people and in spaces where you can simply be.
I want Soul de Fuego to create more of those spaces.
Wellness can be joyful, too.
When we hear the word wellness, we sometimes picture meditation, yoga, green juice and silence.
And listen... there may absolutely be some of that around here.
But I also believe wellness can be belly laughing at dinner.
It can be dancing.
Trying amazing food.
Seeing somewhere you've never seen before.
Sleeping in.
Sitting by the water.
Having a conversation that stays with you.
Doing something that scares you just a little.
Making a new friend at 44.
Falling in love with your partner all over again.
Or realizing there are still so many things in this world you haven't experienced yet.
Rest is part of wellness. But so is living.
And I want Soul de Fuego to make room for both.
This is just the beginning.
I'm building Soul de Fuego intentionally, one piece at a time.
There will be retreats.
There will be local experiences.
There will be travel.
There will be opportunities for connection, reflection, adventure and probably more than a few moments where we laugh until somebody snorts.
And I'm sure this dream will continue evolving as we go.
But underneath everything we create will be the same invitation:
Fill your cup.
Make the memory.
Take the trip.
Try the thing.
Choose joy.
Connect deeply.
Be authentically you.
And every once in a while, ask yourself:
What sets my soul on fire?
Then give yourself permission to go find more of it.
Thank you for being here at the very beginning.
I have a feeling we're going to create some beautiful memories together.
With love,
Cindy
